Iowa-Illinois Mensa
Iowa Illinois Mensa is local chapter #4-520 of American Mensa, Ltd.
Mensa is an international society that has one (and only one) qualification for membership: a score in the 98th percentile of the population on a standardized intelligence test.

Mensa's stated purposes are:  "To identify and foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity; to encourage research into the nature, characteristics, and uses of intelligence, and to provide a stimulating intellectual and social environment for its members."

Our members, for the most part, live in parts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois, including the Quad Cities Area, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and points in between.
